Gym. Session 65 of 124. Multi.
Ouch.

Since it will be over a week before I do gym again, my trainer put me thru a sequence of "supersets", alternating sets across different parts of my body.

Leg presses alternating with bicep barbell curls. Quad raises with ball crunches. Leg curls and inclined pec press. Pullups and dips. Shoulder presses with lunges. Low back raises.

It interacted poorly with my still existant headcold, and by the end I was very weak and rather lightheaded.
