I don't know whether to be gratified or paranoid
So last night I was at Eleanore's party, and having a "get to know you" conversation with someone I had never met before.

About half an hour into our conversation, she suddenly looked surprised and exclaimed

"You! I know who you are! You're him. I know about you!"

"What? Huh? What do people say about me?"

"Oh, nothing. It's all good. Nothing"

And she wouldn't tell me what she had heard about me, or who her sources were.

Still, the rest of the conversation went well, it was good to meet her and get to know her better.

But still...

....that was kind of rude of her, though I guess if she's a pretty impulsive person she couldn't help but blurt something out and then really regret it. Guilty here for that too :)

Uh, yeah. I can see why that would be a tiny bit disconcerting.

Disconcerting....but I could also see fallenpegasus doing it to someone, as sort of a way to flirt with them.

Weird. I have no idea who it might be, but I admit I'm *really* curious.

I've had that conversation too. In fact, just last week or so. Mid-conversation, I mentioned my screenname and she said "OH! *You're* Bladerunner!" and gave me vague info when I asked her about it. Ah well, at least it was a positive reaction.
