Gym. Session 44 of 124. Back, shoulders, and triceps.
My shoulder is fully healed up, it seems. At least, there were no painful twinges at all from it.

The order of attach was machine pullups, iso shoulder row (using a HammerStrength frame), machine shoulder press, machine shoulder pullovers, cable rows, lower back raises, tricep push downs, and standing tricep cable curls. The last one was interesting, in that my whole back was quivering and shaking to keep form, while the tris were "merely" burning.
