Today we experamented a bit with the shoulder. It got warm, but didn't hurt, so we did some work in the machines on it, including a few that I had never done before, and discovered whole new muscles in my upper arm that I had never worked hard before. The dull rubbery aftermath feeling was bringing back memories of first starting this gym adventure.
Then hit the bi's and tri's again. Arms shuddering and burning, but I did them, and in fact, the trainer had to make me dial the weight back and stick harder to form. I wish this would go faster! (Tho I'm not willing to buy my gains via pills and needles.)
But my arms are healed! Back to chest stuff, next Monday.
