Gym. Session 30 of 124. Back.

Lots of fancy high-tech machine-aided rows, back lifts, and shrugs. Man, when you manage to isolate back muscles, they get tired fast. Still doing them slow and working hard on precise form and tight abs. Trainer was impressed by my ability to slow down, it's something from my past Tai Chi classes that I've recalled.

Not a single twinge from my shoulder, but I was concentrating on keeping it relaxed and not "pulling" with it, which is a hard thing to do when your elbow and back are under serious load.

One more day of no problems with my knee, and I start back up on the EC machines. In my week plus of no cardio, I've gained back a pound and a half.
