Today was the first of the emphasis on this area. For the next while, this is going to be every other session. Doing these sucks. Hopefully by the end, I will be able to do all 3 full sets of ab board situps without being spotted, but I sure can't do it yet.
Two new tortures:
Seated leg pulls, where I sit balanced on the edge of board, extend my legs out into free space, and then pull my knees to my chest.
Ab pull downs, where I kneel under a pulldown machine with the rope handle, grab the rope, and pull my elbows down to my knees.
