Behind the head press, seated dumbbell press, shoulder press machine, standing row, seated shoulder fly, and then the calves machine.

Shoulders are painful. The first rep always feels too easy, half way the muscles are on fire, and the last feels utterly weak. And then the fatigue poisons take a long time to drain away.
