One of the nicest little cafes I've found in Seattle for sitting down with a laptop is Cafe Vita on Capitol Hill. It's got lots of seating, two levels, its not too noisy, fast connection, decent hot chocolate.

It does have a problem, however. Every now and then, someone comes in to "spare change?" each table in turn. He usually only manages to work thru half a dozen tables before the baristas throw him out. This is annoying, but not the actual problem.

The problem is his Smell (with a capital S). It lingers for hours after he's gone.

Yuck.
