Saturday. Cirque du Noc

After my 5 week appointment with Patrick Bear, I went to the Cirque du Noc. I quickly and voluntarily got drafted into guarding and pushing the silent auction tables, which was a lot of fun. I hopped myself up on some Elderberry energy drink that one of the booth vendors was selling, and it make me a bit hyper and outgoing. Lots of fun.

After several hours, the event that I was part of started, the "Circus Contraption". tonyawinter had donated several outfits to be auctioned off between acts, including the one I had worn earlier at Gothique. So I and julzerator and one other lady got squeezed into the outfits. I got my hair spiked up so that I looked like a DragonBall Z character, and out we went in turn. It was much much fun, bump and grind back and forth across the stage, winking and flirting with the audience while the auctioneer handles bids. I got the meet the guy who won mine, afterwards.

A while after that was done, the grand ball began, and I discovered how much easier a proper ballroom floor makes dancing. My legs are still tired, ten hours later.

After it was all over, I helped take down the decorations and pack them away, and then went home to crash.
