Not to be stopped by the slight inconvenience of sleeping alone, the country that taught us how to live in small spaces (Japan) has now produced something for sleeping in a single bed: The Man Pillow.
Manufactured by Kameo, the Man Pillow features the headless torso and stuffed arm (with beefy BICEP) of a man's body, and is winning converts in the small island nation like Ms. Suzuki:
"I like to sleep holding someone's hand," Ms Suzuki, 34. "And this pillow makes me feel relaxed because I can hold the arm and feel something warm at my side."
"It keeps holding me all the way through," she said in her home outside of Tokyo. "I think this is great because this does not betray me."
At $106, one thousand have been sold in the past year, and the company plans to make more: really muscular pillows for some, slender for others, as well as a Woman Pillow that is shaped like a woman's lap, complete with skirt cover. Hey, how about a man's lap, too? (Courier-Mail via Drudge) MGR
