  2. Nautilus Assisted Chin-Up. 100x8x3
  3. cycled with Nautilus Assisted Dip. 100x10x3
  4. Machine Shoulder Press. 100x10x3
  5. cycled with Nautilus Lateral Raise. 80x10x3
  6. Low Back Raise. 35x10x3
  7. Standing Tricep Cable Pull-Down. 50x10x3
