First Day's Workout
20m of warmup on a stationary bike, until my appointment began, and then an hour of ab and lower back exercises. I feel fine right now, but he warned me that it's going to be painful to get out to bed tomorrow.

Hurts so Good

I LOVE the feeling of soreness from a good workout, especially after a long time without. There's some weird balance between pain and pleasure there or something. A massage 24 hours after working out is utter bliss to me. :) Good luck keeping up with the workouts!

I'll keep the massage thing in mind, tho I havn't found a commercial massage place yet that really worked well for me.

Oh, yeah...you will *HURT*. Believe me. Been there, done that. And it will hurt for several days, so don't be surprised or think you might have pulled a muscle (although you might have, I suppose). But it will still feel good, in a weird sort of way. Good luck.

Oh, I have not much choice in the matter. I paid the trainer for two months worth of individual sessions. In advance. After 3 decades and change, I know some ways to manipulate myself. I will get my money's worth, even if I have to crawl into the gym.
