Gym. Session 157 of 164. Chest & Biceps
  1. Warmup, Elliptical Crosstrainer.
  2. Hammer Frame Chest Press. 70lb per hand. New record.
  3. cycled with Reverse Crunch.
  4. Nautilus Seated Upright Chest Press. Much better than the Cybex machine.
  5. cycled with Ball Plank.
  6. Nautilus Chest Fly.
  7. Hammer Frame Bicep Curls. 60lb. Those kick my forarms in the ass (so to speak).
  8. Standing Hammer Grip Dumbbell Curl. My arms were pretty baked, so only used 15lb'ers, so I did them superslow.
  9. Finished off with Inclined Board Straight Crunch
