Gym. Session 150. Back, Shoulders, Triceps.
A slightly different progression today.
  1. I got there late, so no warmup.
  2. Hammer Frame Iso High Row. This is the first time I've done this first, so we really loaded it up, and I did it superslow.
  3. Cable Lat Pulldown.
  4. Seated Two Cable Back Pull.
  5. Nautilus Shoulder Press
  6. cycled with Nautilus Lat Raise.
  7. Low Back Raise.
  8. Cable Tricep Pulldown.
  9. Machine Dip.
