Gym. Session 148. Chest & Biceps
  1. Warmup with Elliptical Crosstrainer, 10 minutes, 1.02 miles
  2. Dumbbell Bench Chest Press, 100x3x10
  3. cycled with Reverse Crunch, 3x15
  4. Nautilus Seated Bench Press
  5. cycled with One Leg Plank
  6. Ball Fly
  7. cycled with Weighted Ball Crunch (100 count total).
  8. Ball Seated Dumbbell Bicep Curl
  9. cycled with Pushup. The first two sets I had my knees and lower legs on the ball. But the last set, I decided I was tired of not believing I could do it, kicked the ball away, and did a full set with my toes on the floor. This is my first full set of pushups, EVER.
  10. Finished off with Hammer Frame Bicep Curl, superslow and high rep.

And jatg, to answer your questions, I now have 16 sessions remaining, and I have a replacement digicam on order.
