Gym. Session 146. Legs.
Getting back to the regular schedule.

  1. Leg Press. Started where I left off last time, and kept adding (smaller) plates, ended at 305lb.
  2. Seated Calves. 100lb.
  3. Ball Squat. 40lb, then 50lb.
  4. Nautilus Leg Extension. Kept adding weight, ended at 105lb.
  5. cycled with Lunges. They still suck.
  6. Nautilus Leg Curls. Ended at 95lb.
  7. Finished off with Standing Calves. 205lb.
