Hammer Frame Bench Press. Yet again, a new weight record. Cycled with Reverse Crunch, which I just blew thru. I'm either going to have to start superslow'ing them, or figure out some way to do them with weights on my boots. Inclined Bench Dumbbell Chest Press cycled with Ball Plank. Same weight as last time, but last time I didn't cycle it.
Nautilus Machine Seated Fly cycled with Weighted Ball Crunch. Again, same weight, but last time wasn't cycled. I remember when those weighted crunches were agony, and now I can do 100 of them. Maybe it's time to do it with a 45lb plate.
Hammer Frame Bicep Curls. Really super strong on that, started at my personal record, and added another 5lb each set. Cycled with Cross Crunches. Sets of 20. Ph3r my deep core!
Finished off with Standing Barbell Bicep Curl. Steve was expecting it to feel like about a million pounds, but I squeezed them off, but I couldn't do a plus-one on the last set.
