As it was, I had to sign 3 contract forms, 3 session tracking forms, and one credit card slip. They've at least improved that, the first time I did this, I had to sign a credit card slip for each one as well.
The leg is still bad. The hip has been getting better, but still not 100%. The knee on the other hand... more on that in a moment.
The Elliptical Crosstrainer is out for warming up, so I did a hundred of the Inclined Bench Crunch instead.
Then we got going. Machine Pullup cycled with Machine Dip. New weight record on those. Seated Cybex Machine Row. Same weight as last time, but finished instead of failed. Low Back Raise cycled with Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press. The shoulder press felt a little light, so for the very last set, we moved over to a seat that would support my back, and added 5lb per hand. Hammer Frame Iso High Row. Then Standing Dumbbell Lat Raise.
While I was resting after the first set of that, my knee suddenly went OUCH. I sat down, and felt it out. There is a little tiny spot of "loose" "stuff" floating right in front of my kneecap, that if I touch it, HURTS. Weird. Is this something really Bad? Should I be Concerned? I wasn't doing anything with my knee at all!
I finished the next two sets seated instead of standing. That makes them a little harder, and I couldn't finish the last rep.
Seated Dumbbell Tricep Press (aka the "seated skullcrusher", from what happens if you drop the weight) cycled with Cable Tricep Pulldown.
It was ten minutes to the end of the hour, but I was cooked.
