The warmup on the EC, I had to cut short, it was really starting to hurt.
I sat down on the leg press machine, and tried pushing it with zero weight. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. Nope.
So we did Back again.
Pullup cycled with Dip. Cable Row cycled with Tricep Pulldown. Hammer Iso Row cycled with Dumbbell Raise. Low Back Raise cycled with Dumbbell Shoulder Press. Shoulder Pullover cycled with Ball Plank. Finished with Suspended Crunch. Owwie. Again, I kicked ass.
I've made an appointment to see Dr Travis this coming Monday about my leg.
