Gym. Getting back into it, with the aid of a buddy.

Long time readers of my LJ may recall I used to go to the gym regularly, for several years, three times a week, and detailed, in boring detail, my progress here. Almost two years ago, I "fell off the wagon".

Well, I'm back on it. This time, instead of having a trainer (25 bux a session, ouch), I have a workout buddy, solomoning. It's a lot cheaper, and rather more effective. S has been able to, in only a week, help me learn stuff that the trainers didn't teach me in two years. (FerEx, I now know how to hit my lats and my lower abs.)

Today this afternoon will be chest and biceps.
