Gym. Session 1. Chest, Biceps.

The session counter is again at "1", because this is was my very first time without a trainer.

I did pretty good, I think.

It was a little different, having to write down my own numbers in my own little book, having to set up and put away my own weights, having no spotter, and having nobody to talk to between sets.
