Gym. Chest & Biceps

After a four week break, back to the gym.

  1. Elliptical Crosstrainer
  2. Hammerframe Chest Press
  3. cycled with Reverse Crunch
  4. Seated Incline Chest Press
  5. cycled with Plank
  6. Seated Incline Dumbbell Fly
  7. Barbell Bicep Curl
  8. cycled with Ball Crunch

After this coming Friday, all my trainer sessions will be used up, and I get to see if I can continue on my own.
