So I left work yesterday at 4pm, after we determined that Something Else in the code was having stability issues tickled by the part I was working on. (I didn't help, I think, that the guy who worked the most on this before quit without warning Wednesday afternoon.) Since then I've been sleeping in weird 90 minute chunks.
I have gym in 50 minutes, that will get me out into this bright sunshiny day.
A bit disheveled, no shower this morning.
Machine Pull-Up & Machine Dip. Hammer Frame Iso-Lateral High Row. Nautilus Shoulder Press & Nautilus Lateral Shoulder Raise. That superset both felt really good (most shoulder exercises are rather uncomfortable), AND cooked my shoulders completely, deeply, and fast. Low Back Raise & Free Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press. No back support this time. Nautilus Dip. Finished off with Tricep Cable Pulldown.
The fact that the distribution hub on the private address side of my home brew NAT/home router kit is br0k'ed just *might* be part of why my ReplayTV is unhappy.
Why did it take me almost a week to realize that?
