1. What housekeeping chore(s) do you hate doing the most?

Washing the bathtub, mostly because despite all the ads for magic cleaners and all the advice in the books "to make it easy", nothing really cuts soap scum other than elbow grease.

2. Are there any that you like or don't mind doing?

Vacuuming. I have a really cool vacuum cleaner, and it's mentally satisfying to pour the gallon of mud and cat fur into the garbage when I'm done.

3. Do you have a routine throughout the week or just clean as it's needed?

Mostly just clean as needed.

4. Do you have any odd cleaning/housekeeping quirks or rules?

They don't seem odd to me...

5. What was the last thing you cleaned?

The dishes in the sink.

1. What is your biggest pet peeve? Why?

People doing dumb things, especially when they know better. (This especially includes myself.)

2. What irritating habits do you have?

I dress badly, tell the same stories, am judgemental. I don't presently have a SO to remind me of annoying physical habits...

3. Have you tried to change the irritating habits or just let them be?

Sometimes

4. What grosses you out more than anything else? Why?

Rotten meat. Yuck.

5. What one thing can you never see yourself doing that other people do?

Uh oh

I just remembered that I forgot to take my creatine pills this morning. (Easy to forget, having not needed them for a week.) And my gym session is in 2 hours.

This is going to hurt.

Gym. Session 66 of 124. Back and Triceps.

Ouch. Yeah, I could tell that I had forgotten my creatine this morning. And that I was 10 days rusty. I'm going to be a bit stiff tomorrow morning, I think.

We went right back to "regular schedule" and did back. Didn't drop the weights any (except for the lower back raise), I just sucked it up instead.

Hammer machine pulldown. Pneumatic lat pulldown. Lower back raise cycled with standing shoulder flys. Those burned. Machine seated row. Hammer machine shoulder press. I could only get sets of 10 out of that. Standing tricep cable pulldowns. And a big finish doing seated machine pushdowns.

Strangely, I loss over 4 lbs over the past week. I wonder how much of that was fat, and how much was lean.
