Gym. Session 25 of 124. Abs & Lower Back.

Today was the first of the emphasis on this area. For the next while, this is going to be every other session. Doing these sucks. Hopefully by the end, I will be able to do all 3 full sets of ab board situps without being spotted, but I sure can't do it yet.

Two new tortures:
  • Seated leg pulls, where I sit balanced on the edge of board, extend my legs out into free space, and then pull my knees to my chest.
  • Ab pull downs, where I kneel under a pulldown machine with the rope handle, grab the rope, and pull my elbows down to my knees.
