Gym. Chest & Biceps.
A pretty typical heavy chest day. Inclined bench dumbell press. Hammer frame bench press cycled with Flying crunch. Machine fly cycled with Plank (one footed). Reclined cable bicep curl cycled with Loaded ball crunch. Finished off with dumbbell hammer curls, with a twist, doing them standing up.

I'm getting surprisingly good at those loaded ball crunches. I tuck a 25lb plate under my chin, and then bang out 35x3 cruches will balanced on an exercise ball.
