Hammer Frame Bench Press. Inclined Barbell Chest Press cycled with Seated Ab Extensions. Cybex Machine Seated Fly cycled with Plank. Seated Dumbbell Bicep Curl cycled with Ball Crunch. Hammer Frame Bicep Curl cycled with Oblique Crunch. All low rep (10 reps) and high load (same as last time). I had a muscle failure the last set of seated biceps, but finished off all the rest.
