Gym. Session 97 of 124. Chest and Biceps.
Doing the ordered list of exercises done, is boring to everyone else, and useless for me to record here (its better recorded in my trainer log). So I will stop.

No jumps in ability today. Did good form, burned out only a few times. We noticed that last Monday we accidentally did the tricep sequence instead of the bicep one. Oops.

Major change to the ball crunch. Instead of just crunching out 105 reps, he gave me a 45lb barbell plate to hold against my chest. I could only do 50 of those, and it was a different collection of muscles to give out first.

Steve is taking his first multiday vacation in over a year, over the Thanksgiving Day weekend, so if I work out on Friday, it will be by myself.
