I'm jumpy and shaky, and I don't know why. I don't itch, but I've been rubbing my back against the chair, just for the sensative, running my hands down my arms and legs. I can feel the muscles under with their now commonplace constant-exercise stiffness. I've not felt so aware of my sense of my sense of touch in a long long time... I can feel every fold seam and swish of the clothes I'm wearing.

I need a massage, or something, but I would either jump out of my skin, or fall asleep, or both.

Yesterday, I left work early, as I always do on Tuesdays. Errands were run. Did you know that window fans are "seasonal items". I hit up a number of hardware and housewares stores, they all said, "Come back in the early summer." Sigh. Anyway, then my weekly music lesson. Starting the scales over again, for the 3rd time, but this time, played in rhythms. And then did sightreading exercises.

Home for a bit, put away stuff, and then back to work, where I hacked away until 6am. I like working at night. I fell smarter and less distracted, it's quieter, the airhandlers are not always roaring in the ceiling. When I get stuck in this hash of a codebase tho, there is no one to ask.

We really really need an intranet wiki and an intranet google appliance.

Got 6 hours of sleep. Gym. More work. Can't focus.

Hey, if you have the time and coin, I'd highly recommend a full body massage. It does wonders for relaxing and releasing a lot of jitters. I've also noticed since I started getting them regularly I've been a lot more thirsty.
Craig tells me they help push a lot of fat and toxins through your system. Might help.
