I got out of bed at 11:30am, and was dressed and on the EC at 11:45am. Because I was still a bit asleep on my feet, we went a bit slow, didn't do any cycling, did just the basics.

  1. EC Warmup.
  2. Single Leg Press.
  3. Hack Squat. Up 20lb.
  4. Seated Calves.
  5. Machine Leg Curl. FINALLY was able to go up in weight, did 15, 15, 12.
  6. Machine Leg Extention.
