- Dumbbell Bench Press. 3x15.
- cycled with Bench Leg Abs. 3x20.
- Machine Press. Tried to do the same weight as last time, failed at 11, so dropped weight. Had to force rep the last half of the last set. Weaklingitis. What the hell is wrong?
- cycled with Ball Crunch. fail, fail, fail, less than 60 total. Weakingitis again.
- Machine Seated Fly. 3x15. At least I got those done!
- cycled with Plank. 60s fail, 40s fail, 45s fail. Crud.
- Machine Bicep Curls. 3x15.
- Seated Inclined Bench Dumbbell Curls. 3x15. Had to alternate arms the last set.
