- Bench flys, cycled with bench "V" crunches.
- Seated ball bicep curls, cycled with ball crunches.
- Cybex bicep curls, cycled with The Plank.
I've gotten out of the habit of doing my morning floor work, so the Plank kicked me in the gut. Do better, Mark!
