Gym. Session 73 of 124. Chest, abs, and biceps.
Typical chest day.

  1. Hammer machine bench press. Went up 10 lb. Go me!
  2. Cybex machine seated bench, cycled with bicycle crunches.
  3. Bench flys, cycled with bench "V" crunches.
  4. Seated ball bicep curls, cycled with ball crunches.
  5. Cybex bicep curls, cycled with The Plank.

I've gotten out of the habit of doing my morning floor work, so the Plank kicked me in the gut. Do better, Mark!
