Gym. Session 69 of 124. Back, Shoulders, and Triceps
I forgot my pills again this morning. Sigh. I begin to think I need to put together a "Morning Checklist", similar to a "Preflight Checklist". Anyway...

We did a lot of supersets. (A superset is when you interleave two or more exercises together.) Cable pulldowns cycled with tricep pulldowns. The "funny bone" on my right elbow kept zapping me. There was a tendon or something sliding over it with each rep. That was... unpleasant. Cybex machine rows. Pullups cycled with dips. Pullovers cycled with machine shoulder press. The shoulder press burned out my shoulders fast, dropping from 60lb down to 20lb. Crud. Machine shoulder flys. Burn!
