Gym. Session 68 of 124. Chest and Biceps.
The alarm went off at 5:30am, and 15 minutes later I was at the gym warming up for my 6am session. I'm not a morning person, but I can be fast at getting out the door. I was asleep on my feet at the beginning, but got progressively more and more awake over the hour.

Hammer machine bench press. Inclined bench dumbbell press. Cybex machine seated flies. Hammer machine bicep curls cycled with Floor crunches (35, 30, 30). Seated dumbbell bicep curls. Ramp cross abs. (Which I couldn't finish, being a new exercise working yet more brand new abs. What are there, a hundred of the things? Ouch.)

I'm getting better and better at keeping the focus in my pecs, and in keeping my abs tight while doing the push. I am looking better in the mirror... Stronger, tighter, leaner, better.

Went back home, did 45 minutes of mediation and relaxation exercizes, and then went to work.
